Sales and Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is experienced in the delivery of sales, development of sales strategies and has an inherent ability to lead a small team with nationwide accounts in the hardware, bathroom/tile boutiques & commercial build industries.


With over 20 years as trusted suppliers of off-the-shelf bathroom and plumbing supplies to the hardware industry; Ancofer Ltd is currently recruiting a Sales & Business Development Manager to join and lead their sales team.


A 100% Irish owned company, Ancofer Ltd is Ireland’s only manufacturer of acrylic baths, with in excess of 70 models and variants within their Western Bathrooms & Lir Collection ranges. In addition to these they have a wide range of supplementary plumbing and hardware supplies via their HQ Supplies range.


The suitable applicant will:

  • Have expertise in the hardware and or commercial build sectors
  • Be a confident networker who can lead, develop and manage the nationwide sales team.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of sales in the greater Dublin area
  • Be responsible for building the business within the sectors. Developing and delivering on a growth strategy.
  • Put in place and monitor sales strategies to target large sustainable accounts
  • Target potential customers and assess and deliver upon opportunities for sales.
  • Arrange meetings with current and potential customers
  • Analyse competitors activities and identify and deliver upon opportunities for business development and growth
  • Attending relevant industry events and conferences to build business profile.
  • Generate weekly reports for the Management Team.
  • Based out of our Mayo / Dublin offices pending on home location
